You can reach the Re Alberto Hut with trails number 546 and 542 which start from Gardeccia, a spot at 2000 mt. high that you can reach from:

Pera di Fassa
With the chairlifts Vajolet and Cigolade, than following the trail in the bush (30 min.) or by the most confortable bus leaving from the parking of the previous chairlifts. It takes 20 minutes (to have more details and time schedules call the tourist board in Pozza di Fassa +39 0462 764136)

Vigo di Fassa
With the cable car called Catinaccio and than with the trail 540 (30 min.)

From Bolzano reaching:
Nova Levante – Welschnofen
That you can reach driving up the Ega Valley; you follow the signs for Costalunga Pass and a couple of turnings before reaching the top, turn left following the sign Tires – Nigra Pass. Beside the Frommer Alm hut, leaves a chairlift called Laurin 2 that reaches the Fronza alle Coronelle Hut. From here with the trail 542, along the via ferrata you reach the Santner pass (2734 mt – 2 hours). Finally with a good trail you get to the hut in 15 minutes.
